Purpose & Accuracy

StillCasting is a reference tool that aggregates publicly available cast and biographical data from The Movie Database (TMDb). Information on this Site — including living/deceased status — may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We make no warranties of accuracy. Do not rely on this Site for medical, legal, official, or any other consequential purposes.

Data Sources

Cast, biographical, and image data is sourced from TMDb under their API terms. This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. All intellectual property in underlying data belongs to the respective rights holders.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference purposes. You may not: scrape or systematically copy content at scale; use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any individual; attempt to disrupt or circumvent the Site's security; or reproduce content in a way that misrepresents its accuracy.

User-Submitted Content

If you contact us via the contact form, you grant us permission to read and respond to your message. We will not publish your message without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StillCasting and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on the Site, including errors in cast status data. Use the Site at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The StillCasting name, logo, and original design are owned by their respective creators. Cast data and images remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
